Here’s something a little different from usual, shot for the Urban Design team at City of Boroondara. The first, a laneway activation project opposite Camberwell Primary School aimed at creating a safer passage for school kids and locals. The second, a street furniture upgrade at Camberwell Market. No shortage of talent for the shoot as the locals seem to making the most of both already!

Secret Garden House by Amiconi Architects
I watched this house being built - caught glimpses of it from the surrounding streets. It’s not too far from where I’m living while my house is being built. Despite having watched it, I was still surprised, delighted even, when I made my first site visit. The clever orientation of the studio at the street, the house at back and the gorgeous, productive garden in between. I just assumed it ran straight along the eastern boundary! The interiors are impressive too. Plenty of natural light from the northern facing doors to the garden but warm and cosy at the same time. A credit to the clever team behind it!

Servier by Amicus and State of Work
I returned once again to the Botannica group of buildings in Hawthorn for Amicus and State of Work to shoot the new workplace of Servier, an international and independent pharmaceutical company. This new office fit out delivers a workplace that supports flexible and hybrid ways of working to suit every employee in a post covid world.

Goldfields Spec Suites by Hot Black and Amicus
Designed by Hot Black and built by Amicus the Goldfields spec suites were positioned across three floors of the Goldfields office tower in Chapel Street, South Yarra, with each space offering a distinctly different look and feel.
Mundaring Childcare Centre by Michael Carr Architects
Sunny days have been few and far between in recent months but I managed to line up a (mostly) stunning one to shoot Mundaring, an outstanding new childcare centre in Cranbourne by Michael Carr Architects. Fresh, clean, colourful and complete with double height ceiling and an observation space for teacher training.
The Richmond office of Jellis Craig
Got off the plane from my rainy, Cairns holiday back in June and headed straight to the new Richmond office of Jellis Craig. There was more sun in this office than there was in Cairns - not kidding! Another great design and build by Amicus and a pleasure to shoot as always.
